Brushing Boots

Brushing boots are used to protect your horses legs during exercise, the protection of the horse's leg from injury that may occur if one leg or hoof strikes the opposite leg. Brushing injuries are most common on forlegs, when one hoof catches the other leg, or when the fetlock or canon bones hit each other. Especially if the horse is wearing shoes serious injuries can occur. Poor equine conformation can often cause brushing, but even properly conformed horses can accidently injure themselves while show jumping, eventing, cross country, racing or just in the field.

8.5mm thick neoprene and strengthened by Pikosoft, these boots protect the horse's legs from brushing and bruising. The lower suspensory strap provides support for the tendons and ligaments around the fetlock. Suitable for all types of horse training, including western disciplines.
